What we do
Jacob and Sarah have worked together for nearly two decades. We handle everything from the first conceptual sketch to the final trim — designing, planning, and physically building homes that feel personal, durable, and quietly distinctive. We’re not trying to be the biggest builder in West Virginia. We’re trying to be the one that gets it right.

Seventeen years in
We’ve drawn and built kitchens, baths, additions, cabins, and full new homes across the Potomac Highlands and the Shenandoah Valley. Every project is different. Most of what we do now comes from the last client telling the next one about us.
